Join Grace and Saewon for an exploratory workshop with the spirit of the local Elder tree (Sambucus mexicana). Through immersive ceremonial activities we will explore the Elder tree’s medicinal and spiritual qualities through infusions, tea meditation, journaling, an integrative sound bath and hands on reiki healing. Come as you are. And leave with a newfound depth of intimacy with the plant world and a harmonization of your energy field.
